Barrua is deep crimson red in color with violet highlights. The aromas of crushed fresh blackberries and plums are offset by nuances of violet, bay leaf and licorice, carrying onto a suave, silky palate supported by sweet, refined tannins and a fine note of acidity. The finish is long and lush with hints of spice and herbs.
