Siepi vineyard is at an altitude of 853 feet, with south-southwest exposure; Fonterutoli is at 1,476 feet with west-southwest exposure; Belvedere is at 920 feet with southeast and southwest exposure. All vines are Cordon trained.

| Hand harvested grapes undergo separate temperature-controlled fermentation for 15-18 days. The Sangiovese is then aged for 16 months in new French barriques; the Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 18 months in new French barriques. |
